Board of Early Childhood Education The Early Childhood Board is responsible for the childcare and preschool ministries of the congregation. As such they develop and implement all operational policies, oversee the Center Director, assist with recruitment and screening of other staff members, and make sure the Preschool and Childcare ministries are in compliance with Illinois Department of Child and Family Services regulations.
