Board of Elders The Board of Elders provides for the spiritual welfare and the human care needs of the Pastor and congregational staff and their families, congregation members, and also address the needs of those in the community who seek us out for help. They oversee the ongoing discipling of members and are the avenue of addressing doctrinal issues on behalf of the congregation. This is accomplished according to the guidelines established for carrying out this mission and in accord with the congregation's vision and mission statements and constitution.
