From Scripture, God’s people have always understood the call from God to set aside a portion of all he has given us and return it to him as an act of worship, trust, and hope in his promise. One way that God resources his Church is by working through the faithful, first fruit offerings of his people. In this way, offering is not a thing we do – it is a reflection of who we are.
 

As God’s redeemed people, our desire is to be faithful stewards of what God grants us, remembering that all we have belongs to him. Therefore, we seek to live out a life of proportional, first-fruit giving. From the rulers of nations, to the widow with two mites, it’s a reflection of how we worship and trust in God above all else.
